Introduction to Polygons
Geometry is frequently challenging for students because every problem involves a figure that students must use to solve the problem. Each new concept is introduced in an easy to understand way, using example problems that are worked out step-by-step and line-by-line to completion. This program teaches students how to identify polygons. Convex and concave polygons are studied as well as polygons that have a different number of sides. The prefixes are taught so that students will be able to name an n-sided polygon. Interior and exterior angles of polygons are also covered in detail.
